Dr. Parliament is intent on bringing chaos to the world. He has been in hiding for years, working on his evil machine, the Entropizer. He knows that there are those who would stop him, so he has built armies of robo-owls to defend his lair. The robo-owls are fearsome, but they have one weakness. You see, due to budget limitations Dr. Parliament was forced to use defective sound circuits for his robo-owls. Instead of a menacing screech, the robo-owls are capable of only emitting oddball chirps, whirrs, and beeps. Whats more, when a robo-owl hears other robo-owls that make the same sound, it malfunctions. The malfunctions arent pretty.

Your mission is to wreck Dr. Parliaments defenses by exploiting this weakness. Good luck... the ordered world is counting on you!

Hoot has 20 levels split into five phases of robo-owls, each with their own unique challenge. Play for maximum points or play for fastest time, or both simultaneously! See how many coveted gold stopwatches you can earn.

If you are running out of time on a level, use Level Extenders to give yourself enough time to finish. Extra Level Extenders are available for purchase within the game.

Throughout the game there are lots of achievements and awards available. If you use Game Center, you can challenge your friends to beat your score, best your time, or acquire a rare achievement.
